To assist families of individuals with disabilities up to 21 years of age living in the CNMI by identifying possible resources of support and services, and by refering families to other service providers available in the CNMI. The Family Support Navigators may make home visits upon request. The support services is provided by the CNMI Association of Families with Disabilities.

Family Hope Center (Family Support 360 Implementation Grant) is a service to families in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands who have children with developmental disabilities. Family Hope Center support staff (Systems Navigators) is available to any family or service provider, and have access and understand needed services. Parents may or can visit the center and speak with staff and visit resource center, or staff can meet with families in their home or any place they choose.
