To assist families of individuals with disabilities up to 21 years of age living
in the CNMI by identifying possible resources of support and services, and by refering
families to other service providers available in the CNMI. The Family Support Navigators
may make home visits upon request. The support services is provided by the CNMI
Association of Families with Disabilities. |

What is the One Stop Center |
Family Hope Center (Family Support 360 Implementation Grant) is a service to families in the
Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands who have children with developmental disabilities.
Family Hope Center support staff (Systems Navigators) is available to any family or service provider,
and have access and understand needed services. Parents may or can visit the center and speak with staff
and visit resource center, or staff can meet with families in their home or any place they choose. |

Service Networking and Coordination |
Families with developmental disabilities require or need
a person to help them overcome problems and connect them to supports and services.
The Family Hope Center are prepared to assist families:
- To advocate for their own child.
- To collaborate with service providers gather information
and resources for parents in one-stop center.
- To help create better lives for people up to 21 years
with developmental disabilities.

Resource Center and Library |
|
The resource center and library is located at Building
1310, Capitol Hill, Saipan. Parents, family members, youth with disabilities, service
providers can drop in and talk with staff that can provide you with answers to questions
and help find resources to support families and children with disabilities. The
resource center and library also has limited selection of books on a wide range
of topics related to children with disabilities that could be checked-out. Also other
written information on all service providers in the CNMI. |
